Submitted by cbaus on Tue, 02/18/2003 - 13:33.COLUMBUS | Lawmakers will once again take aim at passing legislation to allow Ohioans to carry concealed weapons in their purses, jackets, cars and elsewhere. But this time the debate isn't expected to drag on for two years.
