Senate's version of Castle Doctrine introduced as SB308

Senator Lynn Wachtmann (R-1) has introduced companion legislation to HB541, the castle doctrine legislation introduced in the House by Rep. Steve Buehrer.

SB308 is an identical bill, and shows there is support in the Senate to pass this needed legislation.

Senator Wachtmann is a long-time friend and advocate for Ohio gun owners. He is term-limited in the Senate, and Buckeye Firearms Assocation has endorsed him in the May 2 primary for the 75th House District (Henry, Putman, Paulding, and Van Wert Counties) Your support for campaign is appreciated.
