Buckeye Firearms Assoc.'s Jim Irvine to speak at Gun Rights Policy Conference

The Second Amendment Foundation will host their 20th annual Gun Rights Policy Conference September 23-25 in Los Angeles.

Scheduled speakers include NRA’s President Sandra Froman, Executive Vice President Wayne LaPierre and Director of Federal Affairs, Chuck Cunningham.

Also speaking will be author of “The Bias Against Guns” Professor John R. Lott Jr., the host of “Gun Talk” radio program Tom Gresham and Massad Ayoob.

Buckeye Firearms will be represented by Jim Irvine, who will be on a panel discussion regarding state's issues.

Ohio items being watched by the rest of the country include our problems with local ordinances and judges not upholding the clear intent of the legislature as stated in HB12, which became law last year and Ohio’s need for statewide preemption in firearm laws. Also in desperate need of fixing by our legislature is the “plain sight” requirement for firearms in motor vehicles.
