Girls with Guns Duo to Highlight “Save Our Heritage” Rally

(Columbus, OH) – The U.S. Sportsmen’s Alliance’s 18th Annual “Save Our Heritage” Rally, sponsored by the Ithaca Gun Company, will be held Saturday September 20th at the Aladdin Shrine Center in Columbus. This year’s featured guests will be Norissa Harman and Jen Adams, co-owners of Girls with Guns (GWG) clothing and the stars of Universal Huntress debuting in 2015 on Sportsman Channel.

The “Save Our Heritage” Rally features one of the largest gun drawings held each year in Ohio. Attendees will have the chance to take home quality firearms from manufacturers such as Ithaca, Browning, Remington, Benelli, Ruger, Glock and more. The event also includes live and silent auctions with many great hunts and outdoor gear available. One lucky ticket holder will take home this year’s grand prize of $10,000, sponsored by B&N Coal, Inc.

The annual event is one of the largest gatherings of sportsmen and outdoor industry professionals held in Ohio. All proceeds support the mission of USSA to protect hunting, fishing and trapping nationwide.

GWG, which was launched six years ago by Harman and Adams, provides clothing for women that fuse their passion for guns and hunting with modern fashion. Located in Red Bluff, California, the clothing line has made a splash across the U.S., leading to Jen and Norissa showcasing their love for hunting through their upcoming television show.

The show, Universal Huntress, follows the two as they travel around the world, participating in exotic hunts and once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

“We are excited to have Jen and Norissa headline the Rally this year,” said Pinizzotto. “They are two hardworking individuals who have a love for our outdoor heritage and a passion to help protect it.”

Doors open at 3:00 p.m. with raffles, live and silent auctions, games and dinner to follow.
