OFCC Announces Vermilion Open Carry Shopping Day!

After the great success of all of the Self-Defense Walks, it is time for something a little different. On most previous Walks, you have been asked not to enter businesses along the way. Not any more!

On Saturday, December 20th, from 12:00 to 2:00, there will be an Open Carry Shopping Day in the Harbour Town historic district of Vermilion, OH.

Vermilion is located just to the west of Lorain on the south shore of Lake Erie. It is a charming New England-esque area with Antique and Gift shops, a candy-making store, and several restaurants. Many of the nicest businesses along the route have been contacted, and a list made up of those who welcome your business while openly armed - as well as a list of those who do not.
