Free Gun Giveaway Details
1. To enter the giveaway, simply become a subscriber to our weekly email newsletter. You must provide complete contact information with your subscription, including a valid email address, first and last name, full mailing address, phone number, and county.
2. This giveaway will end on December 31, 2019 at 11:59 PM EST. The winner will be chosen from our then current subscriber list within a week from the end of the giveaway and notified with the contact information used to subscribe. The winner will have 5 days from the time of notification to respond to this notification. If a winner does not contact us within 5 days, we will re-draw for the prize with the same rules.
3. This giveaway is void where prohibited by law. No purchase, membership, or donation necessary. To enter by mail send a valid email address, first and last name, full mailing address, phone number, and county to Buckeye Firearms Association - Free Gun Giveaway, PO Box 357, Greenville, OH 45331.
4. The prize for this giveaway is a check for $1,000. The winner may purchase a gun of his or her choice from a licensed dealer or optionally use the funds to purchase any other products or services without restriction. Winner is responsible for taxes, FFL fees, and any other fees associated with the products or services purchased.
5. You must be at least 21 years of age and an active subscriber to our email newsletter. Employees, officers, directors, and trustees of Buckeye Firearms Association, Buckeye Firearms Foundation, their immediate families, and members of their household are not eligible to participate.
6. You must be a legal resident of the United States and meet all legal requirements where you live to purchase and own a gun from a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL).
7. If you opt to purchase a firearm, you will be required to go through standard background checks through an FFL dealer.
8. Your first name, last initial, and city may be revealed in an announcement on our website and/or in our email newsletter.
9. Rules, including prize items and dates are subject to change without notice. This is not a raffle.
