In this piece, Tribe interjects his opinion on the D.C. v. Heller case about to be argued in front of the U.S. Supreme Court. Typical of his genus ( liberis thinkeumsupremis ), Tribe's piece is a splendid example of intellectual obfuscation.

The Supreme Court of Ohio Notice of Oral Argument The Supreme Court of Ohio will hold an oral argument on the merits in this case [Ohioans for Concealed Carry Inc. et. al v. City of Clyde et. al., Case No. 07-0960] on Wednesday, April 9, 2008. Time allowed for oral argument will be 15 minutes per side.
