Campbell, Ohio Police Department holding gun raffle

WKBN 27 is reporting that the Campbell, Ohio Police Department is holding a gun raffle to raise money for a new K9. Storm, the department's current K9, was involved in a car accident in July, forcing him to "retire" to lighter duty. Replacing him will be expensive, costing about $15,000.
