Rapist charged with illegally having handguns

By Gerard Valentino The Port Clinton News Herald is reporting that a convicted rapist was arrested and charged with possessing a firearm while under disability. This incident marks yet another example of how the laws currently in place, if properly enforced, take illegal guns out of the hands of criminals.
