By Chris Chumita

There are more stories pertaining to our gun rights in Ohio then we can possibly draw attention to with individual daily commentary. But they are all worthy of mention.

What follows is our review of headlines from around the state though a pro-gun rights lens.

From stabbings in Britain to another robbery, these articles should be a part of your required reading!

What follows is several days of headlines accompanied by short, concise pro-gun analysis.

From the article:

7/11/08: Columbus, Ohio: Clerk Allegedly Pistol-Whipped, Shot When He Can't Deliver

From the article:

The clerk gave the suspect cash from the register, but the suspect saw the station's surveillance cameras. He commanded the clerk to open the cabinet that contained the VCR surveillance equipment.

The clerk tried a couple of keys but can't get the cabinet open. The suspect shot the clerk in the leg.

Another station employee told NBC 4 the morning robbery was an unusually long one, but robberies do happen all of the time there.

Gun-grabbers want you to believe that you will not be hurt if you cooperate with a robber. However, we know that some robbers will not be satisfied until they hurt or kill you.

7/11/08: National: Post-Heller Congressional Action On "Second Amendment Enforcement Act"

From the article:

As mentioned in last week's edition of our Grassroots Alert, following the Supreme Court's favorable Heller decision, city officials in Washington, D.C. have been planning to obstruct D.C. citizens from exercising their right to keep and bear arms, despite the Supreme Court's clear statements. And some in Congress are planning to do something about it.

Heller was a major victory, but it was only the beginning.
