Oxford, OH - Today, the Miami University College Republicans announced
that the keynote speaker for the annual club sponsored Conservative Week will be Second Amendment activist and author of the New York Times Bestseller
God, Guns, and Rock-n-Roll, Ted Nugent. Conservative Week is an annual celebration of conservative thought at Miami University sponsored by the College Republicans. Mr. Nugent, the keynote speaker, is scheduled to speak at 7:00 PM Thursday, February 19 in Presser Auditorium on the campus of Miami University.
Mr. Nugent is well known for a successful rock career with over 30 million albums sold and his voice of reason on issues of personal freedom. Mr. Nugent is a regular guest on programs such as Larry King Live, The O'Reilly Factor, and Hannity & Colmes. His bold and discerning commentary along with his talent as a musician has brought Ted Nugent iconic status in America today.
