Buckeye Firearms Association PAC endorses Robert Sprague for Treasurer of State
Buckeye Firearms Association PAC endorses Robert Sprague for Treasurer of State in the 2018 general election.
In his eight years in the Ohio House, Sprague has racked up a perfect 13-0 voting record. He has supported every bill BFA has advanced.
“What really impresses me about Robert Sprague is his thinking,” said Jim Irvine. “He does not blindly follow. He listens, reads and then calls with great questions. We have a discussion and sometimes follow-up talks. That makes for a great legislator and those skills will make him a great Treasurer.”
While the Treasurer is not normally involved in firearms issues, it is vital that we have someone in all statewide offices who understand our issues and do not cause problems by promoting a hostile agenda against employees and others in Ohio who own and shoot guns.
Buckeye Firearms Association PAC seeks to empower voters by grading, endorsing, and supporting candidates on the city, county, and state level, including mayors, sheriffs, legislators, governor, and other races.
Our Endorsement Committee grades candidates based exclusively on their support for gun rights and issues endorsements for those who have demonstrated this support through votes and real-world action on behalf of gun owners. These grades and endorsements are summarized in our Ohio Pro-Gun Voter Guide.
The PAC provides endorsees with volunteer support, fundraising assistance, consultation, event speakers, and targeted email alerts to help them win elections.
