Toledo Gun Buyback 3 of 4

June 8, 2013 - Police in Toledo, Ohio held a gun "buyback" to supposedly get guns off the streets. A couple citizens showed up offering more money for the firearms, but police tried to discourage sellers from talking to them. This is one of four videos showing their account of what happened.

"In this video, you can see that 2 female officers started going out to people's cars and taking the guns from them in the parking lot so they could not walk over and show them to us."
