The Ohio House today voted to pass HB 86 with a 76 to 20 vote. This bill is a bipartisan effort to fix a drafting error in HB 228 which passed in late December in the previous legislative session. A bill to fix a drafting error made by the Legislative Services Commission (LSC) on HB 228 was passed out of the Senate Government Oversight and Reform Committee this morning on a 7-3 party-line vote.
