SB 215 (Constitutional Carry) to receive third Senate committee hearing, possible vote

Senator Frank Hoagland (R-Mingo Junction), who chairs the Senate Veterans & Public Safety Committee, has announced a third hearing for SB 215 (Constitutional Carry), sponsored by Sen. Terry Johnson.

The Chair has indicated amendments may be considered before a possible vote.

The hearing will be held later today, Tuesday, December 14 at 2:30 p.m. in the North Hearing Room at the Statehouse, 1 Capitol Square, Columbus, OH 43215.

The committee will hear all testimony.
