Buckeye Firearms Foundation Wins Landmark Lawsuit Against Cincinnati

On Tuesday, March 30, 2021, the Ohio Supreme Court handed Buckeye Firearms Foundation a victory in BFF v. Cincinnati, a nearly three-year old case concerning Cincinnati's "bump stock" ban.
